Savoy

This tree-lined village of 8,847 residents is home to the University of Illinois Institute of Aviation. Incorporated in 1956, the village earned the Arbor Day Foundation’s Tree City USA designation. Savoy has a half-dozen parks that offer facilities for tennis, baseball, volleyball and soccer. There are miles of walking paths, plus an eight-acre lake.
