June - Exceptional Employee of the Month

Exceptional Employee of the Month Nomination Form

We want to hear about and recognize your exceptional employees, employers and co-workers. The purpose of this brand new chamber program is to recognize employees who serve the local business community in an exceptional manner by exemplifying outstanding service through his or her work and exhibiting a positive and supportive attitude. If your business or employer is a member of the Champaign County Chamber of Commerce, we invite you to nominate someone to be named an Exceptional Employee of the Month.

Any chamber member is eligible to nominate and be nominated for the Employee of the Month. Forms need to be filled out and submitted by the 15th of each month. They will be kept on file for 90 days. Submit completed nomination form to Ariel Short at ArielS@champaigncounty.org or fax them to 217.359.1809.

Employees may be nominated more than one time in 12 months, but if chosen Employee of the Month, they may only receive this award one time in a period of 12 months. Winners will receive:

• A plaque from Awards Ltd. or Trophy Time
• $50 gift card to LongHorn Steakhouse
• Recognition in the e-Connection, on the Chamber website, social media and a press release issued to local media
