Broker's Pre-License Principles

Event Description:
Fulfill 15 of the 90 hours of pre-license education with this state-approved course taught by Harrison Strange. Apply what you learned in the 75-hour Broker Pre-License Topics (WBT 815), practice dealing with buyers and sellers in a safe environment using the laws and rules reviewed in WBT 815, and gain insight on the proper application of the laws and rules.

Prerequisite: Broker Pre-License Topics, WBT 815.

Illinois Licensing Requirements Those eligible to obtain an Illinois broker’s license must be at least 21 years of age, have a high school diploma (or equivalent), and have successfully completed 90 hours of pre-license education. Students must attend a minimum of 90% of course sessions and receive a passing grade on the final course examination in order to qualify for a Uniform Real Estate Transcript, which is required for taking the state examination.
