The Chamber's Annual Golf Outing will be held Thursday, June 1, 2017 at Stone Creek Golf Club in Urbana. The traditional golf outing will begin with a shot-gun start and will follow the basic scramble format. The team with the lowest gross score will be named the winner. Participants may sign up as an individual or as a team. The event is limited to the first 128 golfers who register.
The cost for Chamber members is $145 per golfer. Each registration fee includes:

Registration and cancellation deadline is Friday, May 26, at 5:00pm. Registration is limited and will be accepted with full payment on a first-come, first-serve basis.
All registration forms will be confirmed by the Chamber as they are received.
**Call the Chamber if you have not received a confirmation notice within 10 days of the registraiton being sent. All entries must have received a confirmation notice to be eligible to play.
