Each year, local, state and federal governments purchase more than $300 billion in goods and services from small businesses. The Illinois Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) of Central Illinois was established to help small businesses understand and profit from government contracting. This is a free service provided by the State of Illinois for Illinois businesses.
